Niederrheiner chickens ; It was created by German merchant Jobs, who is considered the “father” of the breed. Jobs, in the 1940s, used the North Holland Blue race, which he crossed with Malines, also called “Mechelen”. Later he also used Plymouth and Orpington breed chickens.
